Challenge

Turning a pop artist's stage into a creature without ending up with theme-park scenery.

Idea

A shark's jaws swallowing the whole stage: ten metres high by ten metres wide.

Execution

A steel structure finished entirely in papier-mâché, built and operated inside a festival's window.
