DESIGNS, BUILDS
AND RUNS IT.

Magic is a live marketing company in São Paulo. Stage set design, booths, owned events and point-of-sale activation. What leaves here was designed here and built here — from the concept to the last light switched off.

The agency: concept, technical design and stage model

The workshop: carpentry, metalwork and set assembly

from the ring to backstage

Johnny Destro

Before designing stages, Johnny Destro stood on them. More than seventy countries, from Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas to Broadway. He was a performer before he was a set designer, which is why every project that leaves here starts with the question from the other side: what does the audience need to feel.

Today he signs Luísa Sonza's stage set at Rock in Rio and The Town, the award-winning APAS booth and the production of entire public fairs — as well as taking the stage as a speaker.

Anyone who has stood on the other side of the stage knows exactly what the audience needs to feel.

the method

THE MAGIC THE AUDIENCE SEES
COMES FROM THE METHOD NOBODY SEES.

Magic treats your brand's communication as a show. And a show is thought through as a show — from the brief to the last light switched off.

  1. first act — creation

“Every great show begins with a memorable first act.”Peter Brook

Creatives, architects and designers bring the concept and the hand that builds it. Without a good story there is no show.

  2. second act — production and planning

“In the second act, it is time to leave the comfort zone and face the challenges that lead to the final transformation.”Syd Field

A dedicated production, one project at a time. The operations plan governs time and movement. Quiet on set.

  3. third act — the show

“The third act is the peak of the narrative — the satisfying and meaningful conclusion.”

Delivery, live operation and what remains after the lights go down.

Delivering is the bare minimum.
A show is what was promised.
