Challenge

Designing the stage set for a pop artist at two of the country's biggest festivals — where the stage changes hands between one show and the next and the build window is counted in minutes.

Idea

A set that reads from a field away and goes up on festival time. Concept by Johnny Destro.

Execution

Rock in Rio 2024, the 40th anniversary edition: thirty days of work and more than a hundred people involved, to build in one hour and strike in fifteen minutes. The Town 2025: headliner of The One stage. Rock in Rio 2026: now showing, 7 September.
